You are inside of the side hustle social worker book club. The purpose is to provide resources for you to learn practical, cutting edge ideas and processes to launch and maintain a sustainable, successful and satisfying side hustle. We are going to read, discuss and practically apply the information by putting it to use in our own unique side hustle situations. We will learn from each other, encourage each other and build supportive business relationships in the process. In order to participate, you must be a member of the Side Hustle Social Work Private Facebook Group.

What to Expect from me

I will post:

• A new book with a link to purchase it at the beginning of the month or when we have finished the previous book. This link is provided for your convenience and purchasing from it is optional. [Please note that I participate in several affiliate programs. As such, I may receive a small compensation if you choose to purchase through the outside company’s link. At no time will you pay extra and I always suggest products or services I know, like or trust.)
• A reading schedule to keep us on track
• Weekly prompts or questions on the Side Hustle Social Work FB page to facilitate discussion
• Conduct a live webinar at the end of the month or book to summarize the key concepts and to provide practical application strategies to side hustle situations. (1-1 ½ hours)

Ground Rules:

• I will moderate and participate in the discussions
• All members of the FB group will have access to the book, discussion prompts and will participate the discussion by posting in the comment section.
• Haven’t read the book – participate by asking questions
• Be gracious with each other – we are here to learn, support and build business relationships.
• Encourage others to speak – we want to hear everyone’s voice. Tag a group member and ask for their opinion.
• Share – You may think your idea or thought does not have meaning, but your experiences count and could make all the difference to someone who is trying to find their way.
• The book club is not the time to promote products or services. I have built in specific times for members to promote their side hustles.
