My friend and I talk almost daily about work life after the age of 50. The threat of job loss is real for older workers through no fault of their own. She talked about friends who recently received termination notices because of mergers. Others lost their positions due to changes in administration.
None of us can stop aging. Few can stop working and maintain a comfortable standard of living. So, what should over 50 workers do?
