Because we want you to fall #asleepin30 minutes or less.
Happyhalfhour.club is launching a seven day challenge to help you fall asleep in 30 minutes or less. The challenge complements our Happy People Sleep Well initiative during the entire month of February. We believe that sleep comes easily when one has a clear mind, relaxed body and peaceful spirit.
So, that sounds good, but life is not all roses and apple orchards right? I know this all too well. I have experienced many sleepless nights while dealing with both major and minor life issues. These experiences inspired me to develop strategies that encourage sleep regardless of what is going on in my life. Having adequate sleep allowed me to think clearly and to deal productively with the concerns of the day.
The strategies in the Happy People Sleep Well Challengeform foundational actions that anyone can use to fall asleep in 30 minutes or less. These strategies are easy to implement. They do not necessarily require special equipment or outrageous actions. They are simple, common sense actions that you or anyone in your family can use.
We will cover the following topics:
• Establishing a bedtime routine.
• Eating foods drinking beverages that encourage restful sleep.
• Creating a restful bedroom environment.
• Using aromas to relax and make you drowsy.
• Activities to clear your mind.
• Caffeine: How much is too much?
• Mindfulness, relaxation and meditation.
Joining is easy, all we ask is that you provide an email address so that every day, you can receive the instructions. Click the link below and use the webform to join.
