Furthermore, the article says that the authors of the study indicated that their findings connected psychological well-being, aging and health at the cellular level.
Two:
Happiness affects the quality of our health, life and relationships. As previously stated, we take better care of our health when we feel happy. We are also more outgoing and open to possibilities. Life circumstances may cause stress and sad feelings. When stress or negative emotions overwhelm, you may find relief by talking to a trained professional. Cognitive behavioral therapy and stress management offer strategies to overcome the feelings and manage the stress.
The therapist and patient talks about the situation and the emotions connected to the situation. Then they discuss the behaviors the person shows because of those emotions. Once they figure out the emotions and behaviors, they then reframe the emotional response and try alternative behaviors.
Three:
Unhappiness stops us from attempting to reach our dreams or desires. We sabotage ourselves by dwelling on past mistakes and worrying about what others think.
