I never seem to have enough time to workout anymore. Working full time, running a part time business and being a wife and mother takes up 95 percent of my time. When I started my part-time business, I did not consider all of the pieces that I would have to keep going. The blog, the billing, the scheduling are all parts of the whole that demand my time and attention. I know that I am not alone.
Mom-preneurs , solo-preneurs and full-and-a-half time people like myself burn candles at both ends. This only works for a short time and then we have to figure out a way to take care of ourselves again. This is the beauty of having a coach. The best coach is one who can teach you using their knowledge and based on their experience.
When I am coaching others, I share the good, bad and ugly of being a full time employee and part time entrepreneur. I have learned how to support my own dream while being a full time wife and mother.
Crystal Ellington of 4Star Fitness and Jen Rothe are two fitness trainers who teach health and fitness. I call them super coaches. They are working mothers who are business owners. They know the difficulty of raising a family, working full-time and building a part-time business. That is one of the reasons I enjoy them so much. They design workouts that fit your needs and keep you on track. They also know the stress of wanting to do it all and do it well.
Here are two videos for those of you with limited time who need and want a good workout.
