Personal trainers are the coaches that help us to get in shape physically faster. They are not unlike coaches who help us to get our personal lives, start-up businesses, or careers in order. They use their knowledge, experience and training to develop a plan tailor made for each of us. That is the reason we hire coaches. We want to accomplish our goals quicker and easier than we could if we were to work alone.
