\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t <\/a> \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t I stopped making New Year resolutions many years ago.  I, like most others, quit before the end of January. This year, however,  I felt compelled to make a commitment to myself and to my business. Instead of making resolutions, I decided to choose a theme that would govern my actions and behaviors for the year.  My theme  is consistency.  <\/em>Consistent actions yield consistent results.  What are you compelled to accomplish this year?  Is it losing weight?  Is it finding a new job or career? Perhaps you want to find your niche?  Instead of making a singularly focused resolution, commit to a theme that will have a ripple effect through all aspects of your life.<\/p>\n
